The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. desa77 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Deposits can only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

In exceptional cases involving large withdrawals, additional verification or security checks may cause delays of up to 48 hours.

All bets placed on desa77 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming. desa77 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of obvious system errors.

However, in the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds due to technical malfunction, incorrect result posting), we reserve the right to void bets and refund stakes. Final results are determined by official sources for each sport or game. desa77's decision on bet settlement is final.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or maintenance periods. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
In the event of technical errors, software malfunctions, or system failures that result in incorrect odds, bet settlements, or account balances, desa77 reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust affected accounts accordingly. We are not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers. In the event of account termination by desa77, we will refund any legitimate balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to desa77, provided the account was not closed due to fraudulent activity. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations will result in forfeiture of all balances.
If you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent). During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests must be made through customer support and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws shall apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.

You agree to resolve disputes with desa77 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against desa77.
